Loved the views at Juniper Bistro in Banff and the Huevos Rancheros was one of the best I have eaten in my life. Perfect Tortilla, Beans, Sauce and Salsa. Wow....great! Every bite of this was a treat and I took time to savor it all. The Wild Mushroom Poutine was good and I especially liked the Mushrooms. The Fries however were soggy, soggy, soggy. If they were crisp we would have liked this much more. My Daughter disliked the Butternut Squash Soup because it was too sweet. I tasted it and she was right. Tasted like sugar. Service was good with one man doing it all. Hostess, Server, Bus Boy and Cashier. He was good. After brunch we walked around a bit to take in the views. Got a bit cold though. Wish I lived in Banff because I would eat the Huevos Rancheros every week.
