Bab Al Yam at the Burj Al Arab in Dubai is hands down our favorite breakfast place of all time. The service we received here was 6 Star and something we will never forget. The staff addresses you by name and anticipates your needs before you have to ask. From keeping your drinks full to offering more of everything, they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and happy. A bit cold?. No problem, heaters deployed and/or blankets to cover your body are provided without hesitation. Want to move indoors to outdoors, no problem. We preferred sitting outside but when the mornings were too cool we went inside where you were close to the large buffet. We are not big breakfast or buffet eaters but enjoyed everything here and loved taking our time enjoying the moments. The staff was incredible and surprised us with amazing dishes that were not even on the menu. Whatever you request here the answer is "yes of course". Another level of service and happiness for sure!
