CARNE ASADA TACOS
DINNER AT HOME


Here is a very simple recipe for making fantastic Carne Asada Tacos at home.  After spending many days and nights at Taco Stands in Mexico, I can tell you that these are pretty close to what you would get on a corner in Tijuana or anywhere in Baja Mexico.  You need a few cold Tacate, Bohemia, Dos Equis, Pacifico or Corona beers to get the full effect.  The same recipe is used to make Carne Asada Burritos and Tostadas.

FLANK STEAK MARINATED OVERNIGHT WITH LEMON JUICE, LIME JUICE, WHITE VINEGAR,
SALT, PEPPER, CAYENNE, CUMIN, GARLIC POWDER, CILANTRO, ONION AND PEPPER.
PLACED ON GRILL TO COOK.
FLANK STEAK REMOVED FROM GRILL
CUT FLANK STEAK INTO SMALL CUBES
HOMEMADE GUACAMOLE 
HOMEMADE PICO DE GALLO - ONION, TOMATO, CILANTRO, LIME JUICE, SALT AND PEPPER
HOMEMADE HOT SALSA - TOMATO, JALAPENO, ONION, CILANTRO, SALT AND PEPPER
THREE FRESH INGREDIENTS TO TOP THE STEAK 
WARM THE TORTILLAS
FANTASTIC HOMEMADE CARNE ASADA TACOS
