DINNER AT HOME
My lovely Wife wanted a salad for her Happy Birthday dinner at home. Stayed low carb and made a Mahi Mahi and Shrimp Salad with Grilled Zucchini, Avocado, Egg, Roasted Corn, Carrots, Bell Pepper, Romaine and Spinach. She finished everything on the plate so I think I did good!
