After playing 18 of the toughest holes in America it was time for a cold one. We cruised into Honey's at the Ko'olau Golf Club with our egos demoralized and a thirst for a beer to cool us down. We ordered Sashimi and Poke from the Pupu menu but were told they were all out of fresh seafood. Plan B meant going with the fried stuff. We ordered the Pahinui Combination Platter ($18.99). Bland Chicken Wings, tasteless Calamari and ok Spring Rolls. Not too impressed with the food and the beer was lukewarm. I know this because the mountains on my Coor's Light can were not blue. The waitress was sweet and accommodating and we got to watch some basketball on the widescreen.
