CHICKEN AND GREEN BEAN STIR FRY
DINNER AT HOME
Loved this low fat and healthy meal. Fresh Green Beans with diced chicken thighs cooked in soy, brown sugar, sherry, apple cider vinegar, garlic and a little cornstarch. Marinated the chicken first in soy sauce, sherry and garlic. Let it stand for about 20 minutes and then sautéed the chicken in a wok. Added the green beans and sauce ingredients and was done in five minutes. Absolutely delicious and worthy of P.F. Changs!
