DFW Airport has lots of great places to eat.  You can find places for steak, seafood, Mexican, BBQ and other foods in every terminal.  I was craving Mexican at 11:00 AM and Reata had a few Mexican dishes on their menu so I headed upstairs overlooking Terminal D.  I was quickly greeted and seated. My waiter arrived with a great attitude and big smile.  He introduced himself and took my drink order.  I looked over the menu and two items caught my eye.  One was an Enchilada and the other were Street Tacos.  I went for the Stacked Chicken Enchilada ($12.99).  While I did not want a Tomato Creme Sauce the rest sounded good so I tried it along with some Chips n' Salsa ($2.79).  The Chips came out warm and fresh.  The salsa was served warm and it was good.  Really good.  If it just had some heat it would be great.  The Enchilada looked delicious but really lacked on flavor.  I poured all of my salsa over the Enchilada to overcome the dryness of the chicken and lack of flavor.  It worked a bit but the cheese just overloaded the dish.  Way too much cheese for this Amigo.  The Beans and Rice were good.  Probably should not have ate all these beans before an 8 hour flight.  Food here was just ok.  I would come back and try some other dishes because they do use quality ingredients and put out a decent product.  Just missed the mark with the Enchilada being a little dry and tasteless.  Did not mind the Tomato Creme Sauce because you could not taste it
