BACON AND CHEESE BAKED POTATOES
DINNER AT HOME

We had two large potatoes left over from a previous dinner.  Not wanting to throw them out, I turned to Pinterest for a recipe and found this.  Takes a little bit of work but these are so good.  This works well as a shared appetizer as I could never eat the entire potato.

POTATOES, ITALIAN DRESSING, PARMESAN CHEESE, BACON, CHEESE AND CHIVES
CUT POTATOES SO YOU HAVE AROUND 20 SLICES
MICROWAVE THE SLICED POTATOES FOR 12-14 MINUTES
MIX UP SOME PARMESAN CHEESE AND CHIVES
COOK AROUND 12 PIECES OF BACON
CUT BACON INTO PIECES
SLICES OF CHEDDAR CHEESE
COAT POTATOES WITH ITALIAN DRESSING
BAKE 450 DEGREES FOR 15 MINUTES
POTATOES ARE COOKED AND READY TO STUFF
TOP WITH A FEW TABLESPOONS OF ITALIAN DRESSING AND PARMESAN/CHIVES MIXTURE
BROIL FOR 2-4 MINUTES UNTIL BROWN ON TOP
ADD A LITTLE SALT AND PEPPER 
ENJOY!
