BACON AND CHEESE BAKED POTATOES
DINNER AT HOME
We had two large potatoes left over from a previous dinner. Not wanting to throw them out, I turned to Pinterest for a recipe and found this. Takes a little bit of work but these are so good. This works well as a shared appetizer as I could never eat the entire potato.

POTATOES, ITALIAN DRESSING, PARMESAN CHEESE, BACON, CHEESE AND CHIVES |

CUT POTATOES SO YOU HAVE AROUND 20 SLICES |
 |
MICROWAVE THE SLICED POTATOES FOR 12-14 MINUTES |
 |
MIX UP SOME PARMESAN CHEESE AND CHIVES |
 |
COOK AROUND 12 PIECES OF BACON |
 |
CUT BACON INTO PIECES |
 |
SLICES OF CHEDDAR CHEESE |
 |
COAT POTATOES WITH ITALIAN DRESSING |
 |
BAKE 450 DEGREES FOR 15 MINUTES |
 |
POTATOES ARE COOKED AND READY TO STUFF |
 |
TOP WITH A FEW TABLESPOONS OF ITALIAN DRESSING AND PARMESAN/CHIVES MIXTURE |
 |
BROIL FOR 2-4 MINUTES UNTIL BROWN ON TOP |
 |
ADD A LITTLE SALT AND PEPPER |
 |
