This was a dinner for the ages. One of the best cruise ship meals of my life. Everything was spot on delicious on this night. From the incredible Cheese Bread that lifted everyones spirits to the perfectly cooked steaks, sides and desserts. Dinner perfection. I went for the Surf N' Turf and the Lobster was sweet and delicious. My steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare and seasoned properly. As good as any steak house on dry land. My Daughters boyfriend said the Porterhouse was one of the best steaks of his life. My Daughter devoured the Rack of Lamb and loved it while my Wife enjoyed the Rib Eye. The favorite dessert was the Salted Caramel Creme Brûlée which surprised me because I am a chocolate kind of guy.
