LUNCH AT HOME
Our refrigerator is pretty low right now and when I opened it up to make lunch all I saw was Avocados and a container of Pickled Vegetables. Diced the Avocado and added salt/pepper and chopped up the Pickled Vegetables and mixed in a bowl. This was really easy low carb and delicious. I will be making this again soon!
