Back to the Peninsula Hotel in Chicago after a few days in Wisconsin.  This time we got a larger room which was really nice and much better than our room the week prior.

We had tried to get a reservation at RL Restaurant in Chicago but every time slot was booked for days and days.  I kept trying and finally found an available time in the late afternoon between lunch and dinner.  I booked it and boy I am glad we got in.  The space is beautiful, service is impeccable and the food is delicious.  Definitely want to come back here again.

I loved lunch at Blackwoof Run Restaurant so much that I decided to go back for dinner.  Once again the charm and feel of the place hit me and I was in heaven.  Just sitting alone and enjoying the cabin like ambiance was nice and so relaxing.  The Tomato and Avocado Salad was good with a nice dressing.  I just hate the fufu lettuce they use. I am a Romaine or Iceberg Lettuce guy.  The Pork Chop was fantastic.  Thick, juicy and full of flavor.  Loved it!
