DINNER AT HOME
One of my favorite Tacos and meals are these Shrimp Tempura Tacos. So easy to make and bursting with flavors. We start with an Ala Madre Low Carb Tortilla and then add Shredded Cabbage, Shrimp Tempura, White Sauce (Yogurt, Mayo & Lime Juice), Tempura Sauce,
Hot Sauce, Cheddar Cheese, Pico de Gallo and a few slices of Avocado.
Pro Tip: Buy the premade Shrimp Tempura from Costco and bake them at 400 degrees for 7 minutes on each side. I heat the Corn Tortillas in a pan, fold them over and cook until a bit crunchy. You and your family/friends will love these Tacos!
