Kahai Street Kitchen offered up another great sandwich on their Daily Special Menu. A nice piece of Fresh Island Stripe Marlin with lettuce, tomato, onion and cole slaw. Served with Sweet Potato Fries for around $8. The fish was thick, fresh and delicious. Topped with just enough Wasabi Tarter Sauce and kicked up with some really good cole slaw. The Sweet Potato Fries are great but a bit mushy by the time they get back to the office. If you can get these nice and crunchy they would be GREAT!
