LANGOUSTINES AND SHRIMP PASTA
DINNER AT HOME

We had frozen Langoustines and Shrimp in the freezer so I typed these ingredients with the word Pasta into Pinterest and found this easy and delicious recipe that I would definitely make again.   
This recipe makes a really good Pasta Sauce that you could use with Seafood, Chicken or Vegetables.
I threw in some Pancetta because we had some in the refrigerator.  Added another layer of flavor but totally not necessary.  

LANGOUSTINE AND PASTA RECIPE
PRETTY SIMPLE DIRECTIONS
PRECOOKED LANGOUSTINES, SHRIMP, ITALIAN DICED TOMATOES, CHERRY TOMATOES, WHITE WINE, GARLIC, SHALLOTS, BUTTER, OREGANO, CRUSHED RED PEPPER AND CREAM
SAUTE SHALLOTS IN BUTTER 
ADDED PANCETTA BECAUSE WE HAD SOME
ADDED GARLIC
CRUSHED RED PEPPER AND OREGANO GO IN THE PAN
ADDED TOMATOES
WHITE WINE, SALT AND PEPPER
CHERRY TOMATOES
ADDED CREAM
ADDED THE LANGOUSTINES AND SHIRMP THAT I CUT INTO SMALL PIECES
BRING EVERYTHING UP TO TEMPERATURE
