APPETIZER AT HOME
Enjoyed a nice Cheese Platter at the Vintage Wine Bar in San Jose. Absolutely loved the Roasted Red Tomatoes with Cheese so I asked the waiter where they got the Tomatoes. He went back into the kitchen and took a photo of the can. I Googled the brand and bam....they were in stock at Whole Foods near my home. Replicated the dish minus the bread to stay low carb.
