DINNER AT HOME
Changed up Taco Night by trying a Baked version of my Crunchy Beef Tacos. Came out nice and crispy and bursting with flavor. Definitely will cook this way again!

LETS MAKE FRESH SALSA |

GROUND BEEF WITH ONIONS, JALAPENO AND TACO SEASONING |

WARMED TORTILLAS FIRST TO MAKE THEM PLIABLE. SPRAY WITH COOKING OIL AND TOP WITH CHEESE. |

ADD COOKED BEEF |

FOLD TACO STYLE |
|
BAKE AT 450 DEGREES FOR 10-12 MINUTES. REMOVE AND FILL WITH LETTUCE, MORE CHEESE, PICO DE GALLO AND HOT SAUCE |
