DINNER AT HOME
Loving my Beef Tacos baked in the oven. Completely eliminates frying the Tortillas in oil and the flavor and crunch are perfect. I use Ala Madre Low Carb Corn Tortillas and heat them a bit to make them plyable. Spray a little Olive Oil on both sides of the Tortilla. Place cheese in the middle and fold. Bake at 425 degrees until crispy. Remove from oven and fill with Taco Beef, Lettuce, Cheese, Guacamole, Pico de Gallo and Hot Sauce. One of my favorite meals in the world!
