I totally blew it with Dubai World because I didn't do my research in advance.  Bought tickets for around $300 and we ended up only spending about an hour here.  I thought we could jump on the World's Fastest Roller Coaster but soon found out that you need to book a reservation in advance.  On this day the only time was hours and hours away which we did not have time for.  This is a full on Amusement Park and you need lots of time to wait in lines and experience everything.  We literally ran through the place because we had other places to visit in Abu Dhabi this day.  Oh well....I did however get the Ferrari itch and fell in love with the cars!

Totally surprised and blown away when our tour guide pulled off the freeway and into Last Exit 11 Mad Max Fury.  I love the Mad Max movies and this place made me smile.  It's actually a food truck park but we were there early and the trucks were not yet open.

We really enjoyed our day with Platinum Heritage in Dubai.  Our guide named Storm picked us up at our hotel in a Land Rover and transported us to the desert where we were greeted with smiles, water and head dress.  We were then on our way through the desert looking at animals, a lake and beautiful sand dunes.  A Falcon Show followed by Camel Riding and then a deluxe dinner in a beautiful compound plus another show and some star watching.  Long day but they do it right at Platinum Heritage.  We liked the personal service and private transpiration and pod for dinner.  Highly recommend!
