The bright red painted building on Keeaumoku Street caught our eye so we pulled in the parking lot and found an empty parking stall on the side of the restaurant.  We walked in front to check out the menu as we had no idea of what kind of food was served here.  New Generation Korean Food the sign read.  We checked out the pictures on the menu and made the decision to give it a try.  We entered to find a small library of Korean magazines in front and Korean Pop videos being played on a widescreen in the middle of the restaurant.  The bright red paint color was carried through to the inside with red seating and graphics on the walls and ceilings.  A faux brick covering with small photos of the food adorn the walls.  Two waitresses fluent in Korean and as hot as the girls on the Korean Pop videos being played on the wall appeared with menus.  One regular menu and one Lunch Special menu.  The menus are great because they include lots of pictures which is helpful if you are not familiar with the Korean food names.  Many of the diners were speaking and ordering in Korean.  We had no idea what to order so we just picked from the photographs.  We tried Kimchi Jun ($6.99).  These are Korean type pancakes with a bit of Kimchi in the middle.  Not much taste and very filling.  The Chive Jun ($5.99) was a bit lighter and had a nice taste.  Both of these Jun's are ok, but you don't want to fill up on them.  The Red House Top and Noodle ($15.99) was chosen by my daughter.  She saw the picture of noodles on the menu and asked for this.  We asked the waitress what was in the dish and she said it was a Korean favorite with mochi like pieces in the lightly spiced broth.  The mochi balls in this dish are chewy...very chewy.  I know a lot of people who love mochi, but it is not my thing.  I did like the noodles that were slightly spicy.  I like the look and feel of the Red House.  Cannot wait to return and try some other menu items.  The waitress recommended the Moa Chicken.
