DINNER AT HOME
Our entire family loves BBQ Chicken and this batch that I baked in the oven made us love it even more. Normally I would cook on the outdoor BBQ but there was a lot of wind and a bit of rain plus it was cold. Must have been in the high 70's rather than our normal 85 degrees.
I used Bone In Thighs with the skin. Started by seasoning the chicken with Flavor God Garlic Lovers seasoning and a blend of seasonings from the Hitching Post in California. Placed the seasoned chicken in a bowl and covered with lots of BBQ sauce. I then placed the chicken in the refrigerator to marinate for a few hours. Baked at 425 degrees for a total of 50 minutes turning once and re-basting with BBQ sauce. Highly recommend covering the pan with parchment paper so you have a very easy cleanup.
