DINNER AT HOME
Ahi Sashimi was on sale at the market. When I saw the shiny and bright red blocks I could not pass it by. Made this quick platter of Sashimi, Avocado and Japanese Cucumbers which became our dinner. Enjoyed with a small glass of crisp Chardonnay. So simple but oh so satisfying.
