DINNER AT HOME
After Taco Tuesday comes Tostada Thursday at Casa de Santos. We wanted to use up some leftover ingredients from Taco Night so I made Tostadas. Spicy Refried Beans, Guacamole, Shredded Beef, Lettuce, Cheese, Pico de Gallo and a sprinkle of Cotija Cheese. These Tostadas were the bomb. Filled with flavor and satisfying. I could only finish one.
