DINNER AT HOME
Wanted a light but delicious low carb dinner and we had everything we needed in the refrigerator. Made a super Wedge Salad topped with Egg, Avocado, Bacon, Cucumbers, Red Onion, Green Onion, Tomato, Pickled Beets, Crumbled Bleu Cheese and Bleu Cheese Dressing. This was so delicious, satisfying and filling.
