DINNER AT HOME
I love Sweet and Sour Pork but most Chinese restaurants serve it with a heavy sauce and thick batter that masks the flavor of the Pork. Many times it is rock hard too. My Wife's version is lighter and you can really taste the flavor of the Pork. He sauce is lightly sweet and she does not over coat the Pork and Vegetables.
