DINNER AT HOME
Back in the day, we would head down to the Harbor Pub in Honolulu just for their Taco Pizza and maybe down a cold beer. Decided to make my own Taco Pizza at home. Turned out to be really good. I did not put beans on the Pizza, instead I smeared Cream Cheese on the pizza dough and my bottom layer. Topped with Seasoned Ground Beef with Onions and Jalapeño and some Cheddar Cheese. Baked at 425 degrees for around 15 minutes. Added Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Cilantro, Jalapeños, Cilantro and Avocado. Oh...and some hot sauce. Pretty darn good Taco Pizza at home.
