SNACK AT HOME
Finished a bottle of pickles and had a lot of pickle juice left over. Looked in the fridge and saw that we had a jar of jalapeños too. Bam....thought about making Pickled Eggs. We had some roasted beets and fresh Jalapeños so I put them in the mix. Added all the Jalapeño juice, Pickle Juice, Vinegar, Hard Boiled Eggs, Onions, Jalapeños, Beets, Bay Leaf, touch of sugar and lots of Crushed Red Pepper. Will let sit in the refrigerator for at least a week.
