Loved the food and service at Los Garcias in San Jose. This meal hit the spot and satisfied my cravings for Mexican food. Just wish we had more days here so I could go back again and again and try different menu items.

IN N' OUT BURGER - SAN JOSE, CA

We landed in San Jose around 9:30PM and we were at In N' Out Burger by 10:30PM. I had wanted to go straight to the hotel but my Wife insisted we stop at In N' Out so she could enjoy a Double Double Burger. I went for the Single Burger and was quite happy. Hands down the best burger on the planet for under $4!

Good service and sub-par food on Hawaiian Airlines again. This Beef and Cous Cous was pretty terrible.

Nice to see that after two years, the Mauka Concourse which is home to Hawaiian Airlines finally has a restaurant. Arrived around lunch time to find the place packed with a line out the door. Staff was super friendly and did a great job despite the crowd. I ordered the Spicy Pork Ramen with a side of Shrimp Tempura. The Ramen was not spicy at all and totally lacked flavor. Pretty bad to tell the truth. The Tempura was average and I think the ones we buy at Costco and Sams Club are better. Wine was good though!

I love Bean Burritos and this homemade version is super filling and delicious. I could eat one of these or a Taco every day of the week. We use A La Madre Low Carb Tortillas which taste just as good as regular high carb Tortillas. Layers of flavor with Spicy Refried Beans, Guacamole, Lettuce, Cheese, Pico de Gallo, Hot Sauce and Cotija Cheese.

Hawaiian Airlines is our go to airline and it is nice to have mileage and upgrade coupons to bump us to First Class. While the food is sub-par, service was good on this flight.

Enjoyed our time riding the water in Hilton Head. These little Catboats can fly and once you get the hang of driving them they are exciting. Takes some time to navigate the left/right and speed but what a fun time!

We took a tour of Savannah and the guide kept talking about Leopold's Ice Cream and how people line up for a long time to eat here. Just had to see for ourselves what this place was all about. There was a small line when we arrived and it went pretty quickly. Service was friendly and the Ice Cream is amazing. Super high quality and delicious. I can see why Leopold's has lasted over 100 years!
