Scored an incredible deal on Expedia.com when I booked a room at the Four Seasons Chicago a few months in advance. The room rate was about the same as the Hilton or Hyatt and I was upgraded to a suite! I loved my room. It was large and very comfortable. Had a great view of the lake but it was mostly cloudy and even snowing so I did not look out the window much. The staff was friendly but really did not seem to connect with their guests. Did not get the top notch service and attention you get at the Peninsula Hotel. No complaints though. At the rate I was lucky to get I would stay here all the time.
