Just had to try the Pizza Hut Tavern Style Pizza which features a thin and crispy crust and sweet marinara sauce.  Wow...this could be my new favorite pizza in Hawaii.  This Pizza checked all of the boxes for me on flavor, texture, under carriage and crispiness.

I love the Spaghetti Bolognese at Margotto Hawaii and crave it now.  Decided to improve on my version of the sauce and cooked up this delicious batch that really hit the spot.  Wife loved it so I know it was good!

Blessed to come home to a perfect dinner like this.  My Wife prepared an incredible steak that was on par with Ruth's Chris, Morton's or Del Frisco's.  Seasoned and charred on the outside and a perfect medium rare on the inside.  Loved it!  The appetizer was a Caprese Salad with Burrata which was da bomb!

Spent a few hours in the office early on a Saturday and then came home and made this delicious breakfast.  Yummy!

This light dinner was super delicious.  Fresh made Spring Rolls wrapped in Lettuce and topped with Pickled Vegetables, Cucumber, Vinegar, Sugar and Fish Sauce plus a little hot Chili Sauce of course.

Back to my happy place for a Friday late lunch.  Love sitting here alone and contemplating my week and what I need to do next in life, work and play.  This normally relaxing and reflecting time was ruined when an acquaintance of mine who was visibly drunk off his ass decided to sit with me and spew drunkin tales and unnecessary bull shit.  Suffice to say I cut this lunch short and went home to my doggy.

Not a huge fan of the Sandwich and Pizza at Bocconcino Hawaii.  Just too much bread for me on the Sandwich.  Not much flavor either.  The Pizza also lacked flavor and was mostly crust it seemed.  We did buy the Burrata twice here and it is excellent.  We made a Caprese Salad with the Burrata and it was delicious.  I know a lot of people love this place and the lines can often be long, but just not my kinda flavors for the price.

Working in Kona and a co-worker recommended we try Christine's Deli. I ordered the Italian Sandwich and thought it was pretty good.  Nice selection of meats but something was missing to make this a sandwich I would go back for.

The Kahala Resort is my happy place and I just love enjoying a quiet lunch at the Plumeria Beach House.  I actually sit adjacent to the bar at one of two or three outdoor tables.  After a busy week of work, this is my Pau Hana Friday spot where I relax and decompress.

We get Shrimp from Kauai which is super sweet for this recipe.  My Wife has perfected the Giovanni's Shrimp Truck recipe and we even get the Giovanni's Hot Sauce to make this authentic and like being at the North Shore Shrimp Truck.  Truly a family favorite that we love.

Blessed to live in Hawaii and enjoy really fresh fish all year round.  This Swordfish tasted great with the Shallot Cream Sauce and Papaya Salsa.  Perfect combination of flavors.

This was so good and definitely restaurant quality.  I like to put a little Pink Himalayan Salt on the Burrata to really boost the flavor.  Balsamic Glaze makes for the perfect complement to the Tomatoes, Basil and Cheese.

We love Arancino at The Kahala and for several years it has been our favorite restaurant on Oahu.  We now go to Margotto Hawaii more often for Pasta but it was very nice to be back here and see the great General Manager Maria and enjoy the food.  I love the Ebe with Caviar.  This is one of my favorite dishes.  The Pizza's are great and so are the Pastas.  My Wife always goes for the Uni Pasta and this time I went for the Bolognese.  Delicious!
