Another perfect dinner at Margotto Hawaii. Love eating here and bringing guests to my fave spot on Oahu. Chef Shiori joined us for a splash of vino and then prepared some of her new menu items for us. New on the menu is the Squid Ink Pasta and Pasta with Sage Butter. Both delicious but the Bolognese is still my favorite.
