We were in the Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas to see a show. Stopped into Planet Dailies to grab a quick bite to eat and was so disappointed. Food and service were sub par. The Pad Thai was uneatable and had large pieces of hair in it. We reported this to our waiter and he did nothing. Just took it off the bill. Did not apologize or offer up another dish. Amazingly bad!
