STEAK FAJITAS

STEAK FAJITAS
DINNER AT HOME

We had some uncooked Steak and a lot of Bell Peppers leftover from our Shabu Shabu dinner.
I was trying to think of something to do with the Steak when Fajitas jumped into my brain.
Looked to see if we had Tortillas and when I saw that we did it was done.  Fajita Night at Casa de Santos.  Marinated the meat for 30 minutes and then grilled Bell Pepper, Onions and some JalapeƱos. Then grilled the meat and placed everything on a platter along with Tomatoes, JalapeƱo Green Onion and Cilantro.  A little hot sauce and we had delicious Fajitas.  Some Guacamole and Sour Cream would have been nice with these but we didn't have any in the fridge. 

STEAK FAJITAS 
GRILLED VEGGIES AND MARINATED STEAK COOKED AND READY FOR ASSEMBLY
WARMED FLOUR TORTILLAS
PLACE VEGGIES, MEAT AND CONDIMENTS ONTO TORTILLA 
WRAP IT UP AND ENJOY!
