TACO SALAD
LUNCH AT THE OFFICE
After Taco Night I took the leftovers to work in the form of a Taco Salad. Shredded Lettuce, Seasoned Beef, Cheddar Cheese, Pico de Gallo and a sprinkle of Cotija Cheese. Delicious!
