WEDGE SALAD AND GRILLED ONO

DINNER AT HOME

After enjoying a couple Wedge Salads at Ruth's Chris last week, I decided to make my own version at home.  Chilled the lettuce and served with Maytag Blue Cheese dressing, Bacon and Tomatoes.  Wow...this was incredible.  Entire family loved it and my Daughter devoured a double portion.  For the entree I made Grilled Ono with a Garlic, Shallot, White Wine, Cream and Butter sauce.  Delicious restaurant quality fish dish served with Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon, Garlic and Shallots.
