DINNER AT HOME
Local fish is scarce in the markets right now in Hawaii. While we normally have many choices, today there were only two. One was fresh Shutome (Swordfish) which is a very meaty steak like fish that is mild in flavor. You really need a good sauce for this fish so I made a Mushroom Cream Sauce with Mushrooms, Shallots, Garlic, Butter, White Wine and
Cream. I reduced the sauce down and it came out perfect. What a perfect match with the Shutome. This was delicious!
