DINNER AT HOME
Finally convinced my Wife to make Baja Fish Tacos just the way we used to serve them in our Mexican restaurant back in the day. We used fresh Mahi Mahi and a light Beer Batter. Low carb Corn Tortillas, White Sauce (Mayo + Yogurt + Lime Juice), Cheddar Cheese, Pico de Gallo, Avocado and Hot Sauce. Holy guacamole these were delicious.
