BREAKFAST AT HOME
Loved this homemade Huevos Rancheros that really hit the spot after a little partying yesterday. I used a A La Madre low carb tortilla and topped it with Refried Beans, Spicy Chorizo, Egg, Avocado, Pico de Gallo and Cotija Cheese. This hit the spot and was delicious.
