Absolutely LOVED our day in Slovenia. What a beautiful country and Lake Bled could be one of the most beautiful places on the planet. After a bit of sightseeing, our private guide recommended we have lunch at a small restaurant called Javornik Arkade near the town square. We sat outside and enjoyed one of the best lunches of our lives. The Pate was one of the best ever. Like eating candy. Every bite made you roll your eyes and say "wow". The Octopus was fresh and the Truffle Lasagna blew us away with deep flavors. Add a little local vino and I was in Slovenia heaven.
