DINNER AT HOME
This dinner is going on my all-time favorites lists. Everything on the menu was amazing. Started with fresh Ahi Sashimi and Poke. Next up was Fois Gras on Garlic Toast with Raspberry Jam. A bite of heaven. Caesar Salad with Parmesan Crisps and Anchovies followed. The star of the show were Sous Vide Tomahawk Ribeyes served with incredible Pan Fried Potatoes with Butter and Herbs. Even the Grilled Broccolini with Garlic was exceptional. Hats off to me for doing the appetizers and my Wife for doing the heavy lifting with the salad and meat courses. Dessert shined with an English Toffee Cake served with Roselani Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. Wow....this was so good!
