JAGALCHI FISH MARKET
BUSAN, KOREA
We love visiting local markets when visiting other countries and this one in Busan, Korea was one of the best. Row after row after row of fresh seafood with much of it being alive. We strolled inside and outside before choosing fresh seafood for lunch. After we paid, they took the seafood upstairs where it was prepared in a small kitchen by a local family. Preparations were very simple with very little spices or sauces. We enjoyed fresh Squid that was still moving at the table and alive when you swallowed it. Steamed Clams, Abalone, Prawns, Fish and Crab made this a seafood extravaganza in Busan. What a great experience!
