DINNER AT HOME
Over 25 years ago I was served Smoked Marlin similar to this at a hotel pool bar in Bali. I fell in love with the dish back then and have been making it ever since in several variations. I toast the bread with Garlic Spread and Butter and then top with Horseradish, Smoked Marlin, Capers and Red Onion. Mind blowing delicious!
