BBQ PORK RIBS
PRESSURE COOKED
DINNER AT HOME
I am totally sold on my new Pressure Cooker. Could not believe the flavor and fall off the bone texture of ribs cooked in the cooker for only 15 minutes. I followed the very simple recipe in Bob Warden's Pressure Cooker Book called Great Food Fast. You simply place dry rub on the ribs, pop them in the pressure cooker with some chicken stock and ketchup. Cook for 15 minutes and they are done. Add some bbq sauce and grill or heat in oven for around 20 minutes. We were skeptical that the meat would fall off the bone, but it did. The ribs were moist and flavorful. Tasted as good or better than any restaurant ribs at 1/3 the cost. We cooked all the ribs shown here for under $20 total.

These ribs were great! Nothing more needs to be said. By the way, I grilled them.
