DINNERS AT HOME
Nice to be able to enjoy some home cooked meals. Trying to incorporate lighter dishes and vegetables to balance the heavy steaks and Mexican food I have been loading up on the past two weeks. Our home preparations are very simple. The Mahi Mahi recipe here is basically taking the fish and covering it in vegetables, butter, white wine and herbs. Wrap in foil and cook on grill for around 15 minutes. The fish is steamed to perfection every single time. This is a very easy cook healthy and fast dinner that a 12 year old can do.
