Nothing like a hot bowl of Pho on a chilly 80 degree Hawaiian day. Eating Pho on this day was my Daughters idea because she was craving it she said. I however needed a bowl to help alleviate a mild hangover induced by old friends the night before. Super Pho is more than a Pho shop. They have a huge selection of Vietnamese food too. We tried the Crispy Spring Rolls ($9.99) and we loved them.
I went for the Rare Steak with Brisket Pho ($9.99) and my Daughter went with Rare Steak and Beef Balls. The Pho was good and very filling. I doctor mine up with lots of hot sauce, jalapeños, basil and bean sprouts.
