| BEEF WELLINGTON AND LOBSTER DINNER AT HOME How lucky am I to have an incredible dinner like this for a special occasion. My lovely Bride pulled off this meal after getting home from work. As she prepared the Beef Wellington I enjoyed Prosciutto Wrapped Pears that were so light and delicious. The main course was spectacular with a perfectly cooked Beef Wellington and Lobster Tail. The cooked Puff Pastry was delicious and the steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare. Who needs to go out to a fine dining restaurant when you can eat like this at home for a fraction of the cost. Me one lucky guy!
