Great to get back to Marco's Grill on Maui again. This has been one of my "go to" places on Maui to enjoy breakfast or lunch with customers. On this visit I had the House Specialty Vodka Rigatoni. Asked for "spicy" and boom, they added lots of spice with Crushed Red Pepper Flakes. Perfect heat for me. Delicious dish!
