Oh my this dinner was amazing. A perfectly cooked steak and these incredible Smashed Crispy Potatoes with Avocado Salsa. This meal was beautiful to look at and even better to eat. The Potatoes rock and when you combine them with the Avocado Salsa with Jalapeño, Cotija Cheese and Cilantro you have a flavor combination that is through the roof. Entire family devoured this meal and loved every bite. So blessed that my Wife cooks the best steaks on the Island. As good or better than any high end steak house I guarantee.
