My previous visits to Ha Long Pho have been great.  In fact, I may have called it the best Pho in Honolulu.  This time however was different.  The broth did not have the flavor that I remembered and for three orders they bundled all the vegetables together so we had to measure and sort three ways by hand.  They gave me far too many noodles which meant most of the broth did not fit in the cup when combined.  Just not the Pho taste or experience like I have enjoyed in the past.
