SPICY KOREAN BBQ CHICKEN TACOS
DINNER AT HOME
I love Korean BBQ in Hawaii. The plates are huge and always yield two or three meals. For lunch I always order Spicy Chicken/Spicy Pork Combination with four vegetables. I usually eat most of the vegetables for lunch and just a little bit of the Chicken and Pork. The rest is taken home for leftovers or shared with my girls. This Korean BBQ lunch was enjoyed for lunch and then used to make Spicy Pork and Kimchi Fried Rice and now Spicy Korean BBQ Chicken Tacos. Not bad for a $14 meal.
These Tacos were amazing and using the Tortilla Land Tortillas really made a big difference in texture and flavor. The Tortillas are sold uncooked so they taste fresh and unlike any other product that has been sitting on the shelf for weeks. Highly recommend these Tortillas for any tacos.
I simply chopped up the BBQ Chicken and heated it in a pan. Warmed the Tortillas and then assembled a great taco. BBQ Chicken, Lettuce, Cheddar Cheese, Pico de Gallo and Hot Sauce. A taste of Korea in a Taco!
