After eating at Pappas Bros. Steakhouse in Dallas several times now, I can honestly say this is one of my top five Steakhouses ever. Food and service is consistent and amazing. I started by splitting a Wedge Salad with a co-worker. The half portion was huge and more than enough for one person. This salad is amazing. Perfectly chilled and served with one of the best dressings ever. Every bite of this salad was a delight. Probably the best Wedge Salad in my life. My 10oz Filet was seasoned and cooked to a perfect medium rare. The flavor of the meat shines through and each cut makes you a Pappas steak lover. One of the best steaks on this blog. The Au Gratin Potatoes are not to be missed. While I try to eat low carb, these were so good that I could not stop getting scoop after scoop. A must try at Pappas Bros.
